As a user of our services, you agree not to engage in any activities that could harm our website, services, or other users, including but not limited to hacking, data scraping, or unauthorized access to our systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cozy Code Creations will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruptions.

Project timelines will be agreed upon before work begins. We will make every effort to meet agreed deadlines, but we are not responsible for delays caused by client inaction, scope changes, or external factors beyond our control.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared with us during the course of a project. Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information to third parties without consent, unless required by law.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at any time if you breach these terms or fail to make payments. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become due immediately. Any work completed up to the point of termination will be provided upon payment.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of California.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any changes.
